The Problem
Over time, the active and protective properties of power steering fluid breaks down and the fluid needs to be exchanged and replaced with new fluid to ensure continued safe and proper operation.
The Solution
BARDAHL PRO® Synthetic Power Steering Fluid is blended from synthetic base oils with premium additive ingredients that provide wear, rust, corrosion, and anti-foam protection for power steering systems. The synthetic base stocks used in the formula give it outstanding low-temperature fluidity for smooth and easy power steering operation, even at extremely low temperatures. It also contains a seal conditioner to maintain seal pliability and decrease the potential for leaks, detergents to reduce deposits in the pump, valves, and steering rack, and provides superior oxidation protection from the engine’s high temperatures. This fluid is recommended for use in domestic and imported vehicles sold in North America where red power steering fluid is required.

Directions
With the engine running, exchange fluid with a power steering fluid exchange machine to replace old fluid with fresh antioxidant-enriched Bardahl power steering fluid. Or, with the engine off, add to the power steering fluid reservoir as necessary, to maintain the correct fluid level. Dispose of any used or unused fluid and container in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
